If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately at CS@brewinto.com. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly, which may include offering a replacement or a refund according to our policy. And we will cover all the fees caused during the return or replacement.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different one after receiving it, please contact us at CS@brewinto.com. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to brewinto. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on returns and exchanges.
If you wish to return the product for any reason and it is in good condition, you will only need to pay the shipping fee for the return. However, if the product has been used or unboxed, making it unsuitable for resale, a restocking fee will be charged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if it stops working within the 1 year warranty period, brewinto will take full responsibility. In such cases, brewinto will cover all costs associated with the return or replacement, including shipping fees.
