Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for orders placed only through our official website at brewinto.com. If you need to request a return, please refer to the following conditions:
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns will only be accepted for items with verified quality issues.
  • Return Condition: The product must be in good condition, with ALL accessories and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to a customer’s decision (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will depend on the courier chosen.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective product, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping fee.
Note:
  • If an item is returned damaged, missing accessories, or not in its original condition (unless due to our fault), only a partial refund will be issued.
  • The return shipping fee may be deducted from the final refund amount.

  1. How to Request a Return
  • If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:
    • Contact us at cs@brewinto.com with your order number, return reason, and a photo/video of the product.
    • Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days to confirm the return eligibility and provide further instructions.
    • If approved, you will receive the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
    • Ship the product using a carrier of your choice.

  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
  • The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at cs@brewinto.com.

  1. Exchanges
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different model or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., color change).

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Before Processing: Orders can be canceled free of charge if requested before processing begins.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving it.

  1. Warranty Policy
  • Brewinto offers a 12-month limited warranty for its espresso machines. If you experience a quality issue, contact us at cs@brewinto.com.
  • What’s covered?
    • Manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
    • If the issue is verified, Brewinto will provide a replacement part or a new machine at no cost.
  • What’s not covered?
    • Man-made damage (e.g., accidental drops, improper use).
    • Purchases from unauthorized sellers or second-hand platforms (e.g., eBay, Craigslist).
  • For warranty claims, contact our support team, and we will assist you with the best solution.
